I love it when couples figure out a unique favor to give their guests, especially when the favors add to the decor and vibe of their day. I've had some brides come up with some unique ideas for their weddings, and today I wanted to share a couple of my favorites.
The first favor is featured in the top photo and is from Josiah + Emily's rustic wedding. They chose to gift their guests the glasses that they would drink out of during the night. For months they collected glasses from thrift stores, the requirements being that each glass be clear and have a handle. What we ended up with on the wedding day was a fun mix of mason jars, punch cups, and other miscellaneous handled glasses. To top it all off, Emily hand-wrote the little thank you tags which were attached to each glass.
The second unique wedding favor is from Shane + Maddie's metallic museum wedding. To fit with their mixed-metals theme, they chose to do scratch tickets (pictured below.) Maddie put time in to put them in transparent sleeves and affix a penny to each packet so that the guests would already have a coin available to scratch off their ticket. I thought these were so perfect for the atmosphere of their day and they went over really well with all the guests!
