I shared on Friday about my great love for non-traditional bridal looks, but today I want to share about my deep love for brides who embrace tradition. Especially brides who are not afraid to honor tradition and wear their mother's or grandmother's wedding gowns. I love seeing something like a wedding dress having new life breathed into it by a new generation of bride. It can be so classically elegant, especially when paired with gorgeous modern elements.
Even though my love for both the old and the new may seem contradictory, the reasons for my love is not. My favorite brides are brides who are confident in themselves. They know what they want and who they are and they are not afraid to embrace it and share it with others. I adore people like that as friends, and love working with them as clients.
After all, if there's a day for embracing who you are and your story, it should be your wedding day, right?
Do you like more traditional or more non-traditional bridal looks?
